"We are looking to appoint a Caretaker to join the Facilities team at County Hall in Morpeth. The successful applicant will be required to provide caretaking duties within the building. Considerable knowledge of a broad range of practical tasks associated with a caretaking environment together with the operation of associated tools and equipment. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relating to a caretaking environment is required. The working hours will be alternative weekly shifts either 6am until 9.30am or 4.30pm until 8pm.
