Northern Skills Group are looking to recruit a an enthusiastic Skills Development Manager to work within the Employer Engagement team.
Full Time (35 hours per week), Permanent.
Salary: £25,250.00 inclusive of car allowance, mileage 25p per mile.
The post holder will be responsible for securing new key accounts with employer organisations that require workforce training and development solutions using a blend of government and commercial funding.
The ideal candidate will have sales/change management experience and be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of achieveing sales performance targets. It is essential that the candidate owns a car, holds a current driving licence and is able to work flexible hours and locations.
