The Trinity Catholic Multi-Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Business Manager across two of our primary academies – St John Boste Catholic Primary, Washington and St Michaels’ Catholic Primary, Houghton Le Spring. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an existing Business Manager to advance their career.
As the Business Manager, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Teams of both primary schools and will have exceptional organisational, time management and planning skills. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic for the role, have the ability to motivate others, as well as a successful record of being able to negotiate with both internal and external customers. The experience, expertise and flexibility required to support more than one school is essential.
Working closely with the Headteachers within both primary schools and the Chief Operations Officer within the Trust, the core purpose of the role will be to support the Headteachers with all business innovation, Health and Safety, Financial Monitoring, Facilities Management, Personnel and Administrative aspects of the two Primary Schools.
The post holder will be responsible for all administrative staff across the two schools. It is expected that the successful candidate will already have a proven track record in meeting the needs of a Primary School Business Manager. The successful applicant will be someone who can deal discreetly with confidential information, meeting different needs of stakeholders.
