2 x part-time 18.hrs Home Care & Support Workers required temporary until 30/6/2020

If you have elderly friends and relatives you will understand the value they place on independence. This role will give you the opportunity to contribute to a valuable community service by providing care and support to service users within Charles Dickens Lodge.

The post requires candidates with the ability to develop excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate a common sense approach, be able to work on their own initiative and manage their own workloads, along with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, colleagues and external agencies.

Applicants must have experience of providing personal care.

Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Care or willingness to achieve within a set timescale

It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 3/2/2020.

The appointment for this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced level check.
