Castles & Coasts Housing Association is currently looking to recruit an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Case Manager full time (36.25 hours), fixed term for 12 months, based in Carlisle or Newcastle with a salary of £28,015 per annum. If you are looking for an exciting new role, this is a great opportunity to join the Lettings & Neighbourhoods (L&N) Team at CCHA.

As the Anti-Social Behaviour Case Manager, you will work alongside the L&N Team to provide an efficient and effective Anti-Social Behaviour service, taking a proactive approach to prevention to create great communities our residents are proud to live in.

You will have experience of dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour cases from first report through to conclusion, including complex issues, writing statements, preparing court packs, providing guidance and expertise to frontline team members and liaising with witnesses. The role will include multi-agency working and we are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
