Our ‘Staff Bank’ supplements our workforce and helps with the peaks and troughs of providing cover for planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing, covering vacancies and staff absences, as well as bringing in specific skills for short periods of time.

Our Children's Short Break Service......
Grace House provides short break accommodation to children and young people between 5 and 17 years of age who have a range of disabilities including learning and physical disabilities, Autism and behaviours which might challenge and require differing levels of support to meet a range of social and sometimes complex health needs.
What you can offer......
Our short break service requires dynamic motivated Senior Support Workers with the ability to work in challenging environments. Senior Support Workers will need to be motivated to engage children and young people in line with positive behavioural support to enable a positive outcome and be willing to undertake training to support children and young people with a range of health interventions.
Working as part of a team, you will provide and promote person-centred care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily life.
