The Role: We operate a 24-hour Service, which operates 7 days a week. We require relief staff to cover sickness and holidays on an as and when basis.
Ostara helps people to live safely and independently, offering a 24-hour mobile response service for people who feel vulnerable due to disability, health problems, varying forms of abuse or other circumstances. We provide a swift response and a range of service options to give peace of mind to each and every customer and their families.
You will be required to respond to emergency calls from Ostara customers who may have fallen, feel unwell or require other support.
The Person: You must have experience in providing person centred support.
