Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, term time only + 4 days
Hours: 8am to 2pm – Monday to Friday
Salary range: £19,554 to £21,166 per annum – full-time equivalent (Band 4, SG36)
£13,550 to £14,667 pro rata

Our Governors require a Kitchen Unit Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic manager with a flair for producing great school meals. The successful candidate should be self-motivated and will be expected to lead by example by providing excellent levels of customer service, mentoring, motivating and training a small catering team to achieve their full potential whilst ensuring excellent standards of food service at all times. Previous supervisory experience within education catering is desirable. You must have first class people skills with an ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and positive.

You must share the ethos of the school in providing a warm, secure and friendly environment where children will enjoy your food.
This post is term time only over 190 days when school is open. In addition you will be contractually required to work four cleaning days during school holidays.
