Northern Skills Group, part of Middlesbrough College, are looking to recruit a Training Recruitment Consultant on a part-time permanent basis. The role will operate on a job share basis and we are happy to consider the role being carried out over 3 or 4 days per week.
The Training Recruitment Consultant manages the whole Apprentice recruitment process on behalf of employers in the North East Region. This involves discussing and agreeing the job description with the recruiting employer, advertising the post, and then carrying out the initial shortlisting process and matching suitable candidates to be put forward for interview. The Training Recruitment Consultant is responsible for ensuring the recruitment process is conducted in a timely manner whilst delivering excellent customer service at all times. Experience of the recruitment process is therefore essential together with excellent organisational and communication skills.
