An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified [or soon to be qualified] lawyer in the Council’s People Team commencing in May 2020 for a period of 13 months. We welcome applications from Lawyers who may not be qualified at this time but who will be nearing qualification by 4th May 2020.

This post will be the main point of contact for mental capacity, community care and mental health matters within the Council and knowledge and/or experience of some or all of these areas of law is therefore required. There will however be opportunities to gain wider legal experience and develop local government understanding.
