The Head Teacher and Governors of Consett Junior School are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher to work in our growing two form entry Junior School.
The post has become available due to the retirement of a longstanding and valued member of staff, the post will commence on September 1st 2020.

Our team of dedicated and experienced staff is well supported by a committed and enthusiastic Governing Body. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment, excellent classroom practice, a sense of enjoyment and professionalism as well as ambition and high expectations for our pupils. They will help us build upon our current strengths and be a key part of our team, leading a foundation subject.

We are looking forward to welcoming a self-motivated and committed teacher who would like to work in a vibrant, forward thinking school community, KS2. We place great emphasis on building relationships, with children, their families and staff.
