The post will be key in engaging families in the Best Start partnerships.
You will support families with children 0-5 to access the children’s centres whilst offering outreach support to those with assessed needs. The role will deliver appropriate interventions across a range of areas including health, parenting and domestic violence.
You will also manage the outreach workers in the locality partnership. They will hold a small but complex caseload of families.
