In this role you will be a key part of the Council’s Funding and Investment team working across the council on a wide range of projects. You will be expected to develop funding and financing strategies to deliver projects and programmes.

The successful candidate will be able to work successfully across organisations to promote the projects and programmes that benefit Darlington and Tees Valley and develop robust and attractive propositions for funders.

The team’s current and planned project portfolio is extensive and includes town centre regeneration, commercial office, cultural projects, leisure and education facility improvement, highways and civil engineering projects, and housing schemes.
