Together for Children are looking to develop their performance team who specialise in reporting performance information and analysing key themes to drive improvement. We work with a variety of partners, assisting them to interpret and evaluate data to develop business analyses, projections and trends to enable strategic and operational decision-making.

We are looking to recruit a Principal Performance and Intelligence Officer who can take a hands-on role in supporting the team deliver against their priorities which supports Together for Children’s vision and strategy. You will be a team player who can establish excellent relationships and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.

To qualify, you will have extensive experience of working effectively within a busy team, where you will have gained hands-on experience of supporting customers and stakeholders, listening effectively and offering support to deal with their queries. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional accuracy when handling data as well as understanding the benefits of data analysis and undertaking data quality checks.
