"The Transport Network Officer plays a key role in organising passenger transport for school children and social services passengers in Northumberland. This will involve assessing eligibility for free school transport, and ensuring transport arrangements are put in place for passengers. It is a busy role that will require the post holder to be well-organised, able to balance competing priorities and work under pressure. They should also have excellent customer service skills and be able to build and maintain professional working relationships with parents, transport providers and school-based staff and social workers.
