North Park Primary School is a caring and friendly school.
We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our successful team. The post is full time and the successful candidate will support pupils across the school.

We require a teaching assistant who:
• Is caring, enthusiastic and committed to their role
• Is able to work as part of a team and willing to contribute ideas and energy to school
• Will contribute to the delivery of the national curriculum and provide support for pupils, the teacher and school in order to raise standards of achievement for all
• Can use their advanced knowledge and skills to assist with planning, preparation, monitoring, assessing and managing classes
• Is flexible and adaptable to the demands of the role
• Is able to manage the behaviour and pastoral needs of pupils
• Is able to encourage children to grow in independence and to promote inclusion in all aspects of school life
• Has excellent organisation and communications skills
