Testimonial:
"As an advanced practitioner in Northumberland my role allows me to continue working with children and families whilst supporting other members of my team. It is a very supportive role that also helps me to expand on my own skills and knowledge of coaching other members of staff and working alongside practice educators. It provides newly qualified social workers with continued support in terms of reflective supervision after they have completed their ASYE. I am recognised for my own skills, experiences and interests and this influences the people that I work with as I support children and families with complex needs."
