Together for Children Sunderland are seeking to recruit a committed and talented Team Manager to manage an assessment team of social workers and child and family workers. The team will be responsible for all initial elements of our work with children and families and as such an understanding of all elements of safeguarding children and processes relating to such will be needed.
Our Team Manager salary is one of the most competitive in the region (with progression to £49819 per annum).
You will have extensive post qualifying experience of statutory Social Work with children and families. You will show leadership in driving good practice and the management skills to create an environment where Social Workers can excel.
