Assistant Finance Manager, £39,782 per annum
Northern Saints Catholic Education Trust was established in February 2016, currently with four schools within the Trust. These are: St Joseph’s Catholic Academy - Hebburn, St Mary’s Catholic Primary School – Jarrow, St Wilfrid’s RC College – South Shields and Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School – Peterlee.
The Trust is in an exciting stage of growth with St Aidan’s Catholic Academy, St Anthony’s Girls Catholic Academy, St Godric’s RCVA Primary School – Thornley and St Mary’s RCVA Primary School – Wingate due to join the Trust in April and May 2020. You will also work with our partner school St. Bede’s Catholic Comprehensive School - Peterlee.
The Diocese has a growth plan for our Trust to serve South Tyneside, Sunderland and East Durham, with a total of 34 schools into the Trust by July 2022. We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated Assistant Finance Manager to assist the finance team based at the Evolve Centre. The successful candidate must be able to meet the travel requirements of the post and have the ability to work flexibility including attendance at Director and Governing Body meetings.
