Through relationship-based practice we work together to ensure that children and their families get the “right service, first time, with no delay”, whether this is by way of family support, early help or social care intervention you will play a pivotal role in applying your skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of our children and their families.
This is an exciting time, the timing of you joining us could not be better! We are currently re-modelling our existing Children’s Access Point and our Children’s First Response Team and by March 2020 we will launch Darlington’s Front Door.

If you have excellent communication skills, you are someone who works positively and pro-actively with families and partner agencies and you are an experienced social worker who has worked with children and families this is an opportunity not to be missed.
