Do you want to be at the forefront of helping the police service to develop and deliver its objectives and priorities?
Cleveland Police is looking for people with the right skills and abilities to help deliver the vision of the Chief Constable by supporting the strategic management and development of the Force planning and governance systems and processes. You’ll be right for this role if you have experience of strategic planning, corporate governance and organisation management. You will also have a passion and drive for innovation and creativity and an interest in helping us to improve.
To be a Planning and Governance Officer within our Corporate Services Team, you must have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely in writing and face to face.
We’re a busy Force, with lots of change, so you must be able to work to demanding timescales with conflicting demands. You must be able to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and on your own initiative.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent research and analytical skills, with a clear ability to translate your findings into clear and concise corporate documents.
