NCS Team Leaders and Team Assistants – Seasonal work – June until August 2020
The Foundation is seeking highly motivated individuals to fulfil the exciting role of NCS Team Leaders and Team Assistants.
Through our pioneering facility, the Beacon of Light, it is the Foundation’s ambition to develop the employability of people across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham through quality education and skills delivery.
Working with our NCS Team, you will deliver and support activities for groups of young adults in this national initiative to develop their skills and experience for the next steps in their careers or learning. You will have the influence to motivate and empower school leaders and inform future pathways for their development.

The base for the post is the Beacon of Light; Sunderland, with delivery both in and out of the Sunderland area.
