The Role:
Fixed term for 6 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage our supported living accommodation services. A team of supported living managers have responsibility for managing the frontline staff who deliver tenancy support and housing management to our Extra Care, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health and Young Person supported accommodation, working closely with specialist external organisations. This post will be delivering services to young people.

The Person:
You will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or can evidence work experience that demonstrates a level of knowledge and application of knowledge that would satisfy a graduate standard.

You will have a strong track record of managing high performing and high quality supported housing accommodation which produces exceptional outcomes for customers

You will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills and with the ability to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.

As an inspirational leader, you will bring enthusiasm and a passionate drive to improve both our services and the lives of people who use them. You will need to be engaging, collaborative, and have a proven track record of achievement. Engendering a strong team spirit, encouraging creativity and accountability that puts the customer at the heart of all that we do will be critical to success in the role.
