The Governors of St. Mary & St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic leader to work in partnership with our Senior Leadership team, to further develop our Early Years department.
The Governors are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader of EYFS who:
has the vision, ambition and motivation to work in partnership with our SLT to lead our Early Years department into the next stage of development
values all children as individuals and is passionate in their belief that every child can and should achieve success
is an outstanding practitioner who is creative and innovative in their approach to teaching and learning and has high expectations of themselves, staff and children
has an understanding of successful, effective and nurturing leadership and mission, and is able to support, motivate and develop colleagues.
has the ability to build strong relationships, to work successfully in partnership with parents, staff, governors, our partner schools and the parish community.
