Together for Children works on behalf of Sunderland City Council to deliver children’s services in the city including social care, early help and education.

We are looking for motivated and suitably experienced Social Worker to join our Next Steps (care leavers) Team. We work with children and young people from age 15 – 18. We also have a team of Personal advisers who continue the work with young care leavers from 18-25 years old, therefore there is some joint working involved.

The successful candidate will have the passion and drive to ensure that children and young people in Sunderland achieve the best outcomes and receive high quality services.
