Whickham School is a large and successful school in Gateshead with over 1600 students including approximately 250 in the sixth form, which is one of the most successful in the region with over 50% of grades being A*-B in the 2019 exams. The English Faculty received specific praise within our recent Ofsted report, reflecting the relentless drive to further improve results for the young people in our care.
