The governors of this friendly, happy and successful school wish to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and caring teacher to join our dedicated teaching team. The post is for Key Stage Two: applications are invited from experienced teachers and/or N.Q.T.s who have a strong commitment toward maintaining high standards within a caring, Christian environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead an area of the curriculum.

The successful candidate must:

Be an enthusiastic and committed teacher, who will work successfully with our hard-working and dedicated team to support the high standards which are continuously developed throughout the school

Have high expectations for all children, motivating and engaging them to foster a love of learning

Have strong interpersonal skills, able to work successfully and flexibly with children, colleagues, parents, governors and our wider school family

Be able to assess pupil progress effectively to ensure all pupils achieve all that they are capable of

Be prepared to make a valuable contribution to the wider life of our Catholic school with a desire to be involved in all aspects of school life

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
