First Class Supply are working with many Primary schools in Northumberland who require SEN Teaching Assistant's to provide both 1:1 and general support in the classroom. Positions are available for a variety of durations on both a full and part time basis, and across all year groups including Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
Teaching Assistants have quickly become an integral part of the British education system and the need for help in the classroom has never been higher.
To apply for a position you must:
- have experience of working on a 1-1 basis with children with Autism
- be able to work independently using your initiativebe committed to making a real difference to the lives of pupils
- have empathy, patience and understanding
- hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare or education
- have a minimum of 6 months recent experience within a UK school or education setting
