Maternity Cover required for one academic year commencing 1st September 2020

Part time / Temporary: Maternity cover until 31st August 2021 or until the day before the return of the substantive post holder.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, capable and innovative teacher of English for September 2020 to cover maternity leave on a 0.7 basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced teacher to join a department that is committed to providing outstanding English education. Bishop Barrington English department leads the way in new initiatives, curriculum design and approaches to teaching and learning.

The successful applicant will be passionate about the subject, be able to demonstrate a commitment to high quality teaching and learning and will contribute to the continued raising of standards both within English and across the school.

As a new member of staff, you will be supported in school by a comprehensive training and development package throughout the academic year.
