Grange View CE First School is dedicated to enhancing the learning of all children by providing a wide range of learning opportunities designed to meet the needs of all within the school community. Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious teacher with a vision, the right leadership qualities and skills who can make an impact to the Early Years Foundation Stage phase at our school. Governors seek an individual who;
Has an outstanding record of working well within a team demonstrating a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a sense of humour.
Has experience of working with children in a First/Primary school setting

The position is to commence in September 2020. We are looking to appoint a creative, talented and dedicated Early Years Lead teacher to enrich and expand our provision and to join us on our journey, to assist the Headteacher in the development of our school. We currently have 133 children in our school including a Nursery of 26 part time places.

This is a key role for the continued improvement of our school, and therefore the ability to make a quick positive impact and lead strategically is essential, with a particular focus on pupil progress.
Previous experience of teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage is essential.
The vacancy is across EYFS. We are looking for someone who will:
- Is an excellent and enthusiastic practitioner
- Have experience of supporting children with interventions including Read Write Inc.
- Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
- Be committed to working in close partnership with parents and carers
- Enjoy working as part of a team
-Who are excellent primary practitioners with high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
for learning
-Who have a creative approach to the curriculum and deliver learning in exciting ways that is fully
inclusive of the needs of individual learners
-Able to motivate and enthuse children to achieve challenging targets
-Able to inspire colleagues and work flexibly within a supportive team
-Who are able to share in delivering our ethos and vision through modelling our core Christian values
