We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, capable and innovative teacher of English for September 2020.
Permanent/Full Time

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated teacher to join a department that is committed to providing outstanding English education.
Bishop Barrington English department leads the way in new initiatives, curriculum design and approaches to teaching and learning.

The successful applicant will be passionate about the subject, be able to demonstrate a commitment to high quality teaching and learning and will contribute to the continued raising of standards both within English and across the school.

As a new member of staff, you will be supported in school by a comprehensive training and development package throughout the academic year.

We are a Reading School and this position is accompanied by a TLR for leading the whole school reading initiative. As part of this role you will strategically lead and implement strategies that promote a love of reading for pleasure whilst developing comprehension and vocabulary across the curriculum.
