Our services provide care and support to people in their own homes, maximising long-term independence and enabling people to have choice and control of the care they require.

Within our supported living services, we provide care and support in a range of services for customers with a Learning Disability, Autism, Behaviour that Challenges, Complex Health or Mental Health needs.

As a Support Worker you will be working as part of a team, providing and promoting person-centred care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily lives.

• A starting salary of £15,624 rising to £16,580 (pro rata, based on 32 hrs p/w)
• Sleep-over payment of £36.08 per night
