In this role you will be pivotal to delivering on our physical and economic regeneration plan for Hartlepool with a focus upon generating quality jobs, stimulating enterprise, improving our visitor offer, accelerating housing growth and delivering on the physical transformation of our town centre and waterfront. You will be responsible within your division for economic development, housing growth and strategic asset management, including the Housing Revenue account.
Pivotal to your success will be your ability to work effectively with strategic partners, attract investment and manage major capital programmes. You will have a proven track record in thinking innovatively and strategically demonstrating the successful delivery of capital schemes.
