Through relationship-based practice we work together to ensure that children and their families get the “right service, first time, with no delay”, whether this is by way of family support, early help or social care intervention you will play a pivotal role in applying your skills and knowledge to contribute to the success of our children and their families.
This is an exciting time, the timing of you joining us could not be better! If you want to work at the heart of a wider multi-agency front door, working alongside early help, police, health, education and other vital partners all working together to help keep children safe then come and join us. You will join a service where relational practice is embedded and is a natural part of every aspect of practice and leadership. You will join a strong and committed team who work within an environment that provides the conditions for success that you will benefit from personally and that will help our children in Darlington thrive!
