Teaching Assistant to support 2-Year-Old provision
SCP 5 – 6: £9,486 - £9,676 per annum, (£18,795 - £19,171 pro rata)
22 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team of professionals at Bexhill Academy.

We are looking for someone who can nurture, inspire and motivate 2-Year-old pupils and has experience of working in an Early Years setting.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant Level 3 Child Care or Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills and a good working
knowledge of the revised statutory requirements in Early Years Foundation Stage
• Have the knowledge understanding and skills to support the EYFS team
• Be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and well-being are achieved
• Have the ethos and philosophy to build good relationships with children and parents, support daily routines in a stimulating and creative setting and help to provide rich experiences to enable our children to become effective learners
• Have a commitment to safeguarding and well-being of children
• Have experience of supporting children with a variety of learning needs
