The company is seeking an experienced Complaints Investigating Officer. To quality you will have experience of working within an investigating officer role, where you have gained hands-on experience of dealing with customers and undertaking complex investigations. You will have proven customer management skills and the ability to provide an efficient, courteous, informative and responsive service to members of the public.

We are looking to recruit a proactive Investigating Officer who understands the children’s statutory complaints process. The successful candidate will be a committed, creative and passionate professional who has experience of conducting complaint investigations and who thrives on learning from customer experience to inform and drive forward service improvement.
You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, enjoy challenging situations and be able to create a positive working atmosphere. Above all, you must have energy and enthusiasm and be able to add demonstrable value.
