The Customer Services Team are looking to recruit three Customer Services Assistants. Two of the posts are permanent (one is full time 37 hours and the other part time 18.5hours) and the third post is full time temporary until approximately 30th November 2021.

The post holders will provide a first point of contact for customers accessing the service through a variety of channels.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focussed individuals with a positive attitude and the ability to deal with a range of customer enquiries working with services to ensure their resolution, acting as the customer advocate when appropriate and supporting effective service delivery.

Excellent communicators, the post holder will be required to demonstrate tact and diplomacy. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, therefore a good understanding of council services will be beneficial. you will also be expected to deal with a complex range of issues sensitively and confidentially handling areas of conflict appropriately.

Candidates should have 4 GCSE's Graded A-C or equivalent.
