As a key member of our Operational Management Team, Advanced Practitioners work closely with our Principal Social Worker and assist the Operations Manager to facilitate practice improvement and development, whilst motivating and inspiring our practitioners to provide adult social care best practice.

This newly created position will provide a higher level of front line skill and expertise to manage risk and meet complex needs. Through coaching and mentoring you will identify areas for learning within the team and play a key role in respect of support for team members, newly qualified workers and students and act as a role model for critical reflection and evidence based practice.

We remain committed to developing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, of openness and transparency and of inspirational leadership, grounded in our values and behaviour framework: Moving Forward Together: Our Values; Our Behaviours; Our Future.

We want to recruit people who share this aim and provide them with the training and development to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.

If you are a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist and are committed to adults having choice and control over their support, maximising opportunities for independence and well-being and wish to be part of an organisation that focuses on best practice and aspires to be the best, then this is the job for you.
