An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Horton Grange Primary School. A three form entry school with 52 place nursery located on the north western edge of Blyth on the Northumberland coast, only 15 minutes from Newcastle upon Tyne. The school was inspected in 2018 and has many strengths. Leadership is strong and the person appointed will work alongside excellent practitioners and have opportunities to develop leadership skills. The Senior Leadership Team is committed to ongoing improvement.
We are looking for an outstanding teacher with a passion for primary education and a high degree of skill. You will have a strength in early years provision, which you will be keen to drive forward and develop within the school. You will be a team player, committed to ongoing learning and be driven to improve outcomes for children through a rigorous focus on teaching and learning. We can offer you excellent CPD and potential future leadership opportunities.
We are looking for someone from September 2020 or as soon as possible after. For the right candidate a January start date would be accommodated. Shortlisting will take place before the end of the summer term. Interviews/observations will take place in September.
