The Council requires a Planning Policy Officer to work within the Planning Team in a fixed term post for 12 months.
Duties will include:
• To assist and support the review of the Local Plan and delivery of the Catterick Garrison Masterplan.
• To participate in Monitoring and Reviewing the Local Plan and preparing the Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) and other performance monitoring information.
• Project manage the preparation of evidence base documents carried out by external consultants to ensure they are carried out in accordance national policy and legislation and meet the Council’s requirements.
A current driving license is also essential.
