Post: Early Help Triage Worker
Salary: Grade 8, £25,295 - £28,785 pro rata per annum

We are seeking to appoint a full time Early Help Triage Worker who will offer information, advice and signposting to parents/carers, family members and professionals who have requested early help support.

They will actively triage requests for Early Help and support professionals from a range of services across County Durham in the use of the Durham 0-19 Levels of Need (Threshold) document; have good working knowledge of what is available in communities from Voluntary and Community Sector partners and Family Centres; offer advice and guidance where a Team Around the Family needs to be initiated and/or invite professionals to a Locality Early Help Conversation where appropriate.

The successful post holder will join us on our service transformation journey for Early Help and must be able to work flexibly across County Durham.

Required Qualifications:
Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
