We are looking for an Estate Manager to be part of the Council’s Property Services team.
Property Services is a multi-disciplinary professional and technical service with responsibility for management of the Council’s land and property assets. As part of the team your role will be to provide professional and technical support to the Council’s reactive and planned property maintenance functions and to work in conjunction with other service areas, teams and external organisations to successfully deliver a range of building surveying, construction project management and maintenance management services. These posts are exempt from the rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore will be subject to DBS checks from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
