Would you like the opportunity to collaborate with governors, staff, pupils and parents to create an exciting new learning environment in the Upper Dales of Weardale and Teesdale?
The Governing Body is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and inspiring leader to lead our four small rural schools as they come together to form a new federation. This is an exciting time to join us as we look to grow and start to explore further the opportunities that federation will bring.
You will be expected to develop and build upon the existing working relationships between the schools. The children at our schools already have a wide and varied curriculum with a focus on outdoor learning. We want to use innovative and creative methods of teaching, learning and school development in order to build on the strengths of each school and ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
