Casual Hourly Rate: £16.22 per hour
(£11.41 per hour, plus 27% market supplement, plus 11.9% for holiday pay)
We are looking for enthusiastic level 2 swimming teacher(s) to work within our well-established and hugely popular swimming programme.
We offer swimming lessons over 5 days of the week during term time as follows:
Mon-Thu: 4.30-6.00pm
Sat: 9.00-3.00pm.
Applicants must have an ASA level 2 swimming teaching qualification, or equivalent, and ideally have experience teaching a wide range of swimmers between the ages of 4-16yrs.
A national rescue award or NPLQ is essential. A good knowledge and experience of teaching the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme would also be an advantage.
We are passionate about delivering high quality lessons and teachers always teach from the side of the pool.
The successful applicant shall be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure and a range of other recruitment checks. Please note that in all cases written references will be taken up and made available to interviewers before the final selection stage, even if you indicate otherwise.
