We have an exciting career development opportunity for a qualified social worker to join Redcar & Cleveland as a Quality Assurance and Practice Development Officer. This is an opportunity to share your social work knowledge and skills, develop others and shape a service

Your role will combine all aspects of quality assurance activity – audit work, direct observations of practice, report writing alongside the delivery of workforce development opportunities, development of procedures and practice guidance to support excellent social work practice.

You will get to use your excellent analytical skills to identify good practice and develop ways to share the learning from this as well as identifying where we need to improve and supporting practitioners and managers on our improvement journey.
