The front door team are looking for experienced, qualified social workers who want to be part of our multi- agency Children’s hub (front door team); co located with our strategic partners including Police, Health, CAHMS, Education and other vital partners all working together to keep children safe.
We have recently restructured the team to strengthen the social work capacity and we are now looking to complete the team with a full time fixed term post.
We are seeking passionate Social Workers with a real interest and enthusiasm for social work practice with Children and their Families. Social Workers at the Front Door Team will screen referrals, interpret and share information to safeguard and promote the welfare of the children and young people.
The MACH process includes searching for, and collating, information from a range of sources. The MACH is a fast paced environment, you will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and direct experience of front line safeguarding of children.
