The HR/OD Service is made-up of an exciting and dynamic team of HR, Organisational Development and Recruitment and Selection professionals. We are looking to expand the service with the appointment of a Learning and Organisational Development Officer to work within the Learning & OD team.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, solution focussed, dynamic individual with a genuine interest in learning and organisational development, business solutions and development, and systems improvement.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience of working within a large, multi-faceted organisation, developing systems using digital technology, and supporting organisational development through effective business solutions.
You will also have detailed experience of managing and developing complex data systems, ideally formed within a learning and development environment, alongside a sound knowledge of operational business practices. Acting as line manager for the Business Support Team, your supervisory and management experience is equally essential.
With an appreciation and understanding of the value and importance of effective learning and organisational development and the challenges that can be encountered, you will have experience of managing projects through to completion, applying creative thinking alongside an organised, measured approach to ensure timelines are adhered to.
