Administrator

The Foundation is seeking a full-time Administrator to support the growing Skills department.

Through our pioneering facility, the Beacon of Light, it is the Foundation’s ambition to develop the employability of people across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham through quality education and skills delivery.

Our World of Work Zones have created a new and exciting opportunity to develop programmes offering qualifications and hands on experience in partnership with leading employers such as Nissan, Arriva and Barratt Homes.

As our provision grows, the Foundation needs a dedicated and motivated individual to complete a broad range of vital administration functions, including managing learner data, monitoring attendance and wider learner statistics around retention and achievement and supporting our awarding body and donor claims processes by recording accurate data throughout the academic year.

This is a vital role in the success of the Skills Team. Ideally, you will have administration experience within an educational setting although this is not an essential requirement as full support will be provided.

For an informal discussion about the post, please contact Linda Hughes, Head of Skills on 0191 563 4748

The base for the post is the Beacon of Light, with delivery across Sunderland, South Tyneside and County Durham.
