We are looking to recruit a Local Land Charges Officer within the Conveyancing and Planning Legal Team of the Council. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the unit responsible for processing Local Land Charges searches.
You must have experience in processing Local Land Charges searches and maintaining the Local Land Charges Register and the Common Land and Town and Village Green register. You will be required to have good communication skills, experience of IT and ability to work independently.
