WISE Academies are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated Nurture Teaching Assistant to join a committed team in Blyth.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a relevant Level 3 Child Care or Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have good numeracy, literacy and communication skills and a good working knowledge
• Establish constructive working relationships with pupils, setting high expectations and acting as a positive role model
• Provide learning support for pupils, to help them learn effectively as individuals, in groups, or in whole-class situations
• Selecting and preparing the resources necessary to lead learning activities
• Giving pupils feedback on their progress and achievement
• Have excellent communication skills to be able to positively engage with children, parents and staff
• Have experience of supporting children with a variety of learning needs
